1. Agreement and Scope

These Terms of Use govern use of the Prime View Media website and general inquiries initiated through it. They are not a substitute for a separately accepted service agreement, estimate, invoice, photography licensing arrangement, or an order confirmation. If a separately agreed service document conflicts with these general website terms, the more specific service document governs that service to the extent of the conflict.

By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and not interfere with its operation.

2. Services and Availability

Prime View Media provides services that may include real estate photography, listing video, aerial imagery, floor plans, 360 tours, listing websites, commercial photography and video, branded content, and construction progress documentation. Services are subject to availability, project scope, location, scheduling, safe operating conditions, and any booking requirements.

Descriptions and examples on this website are for general information. We may update services, packages, or features as our offerings change.

3. Pricing and Estimates

Displayed package prices and starting rates are informational and may vary by property size, location, selected add-ons, project scope, taxes, or other disclosed charges. An order total or custom estimate should be reviewed before purchasing or authorizing work.

Pricing and package inclusions presented during an applicable booking or checkout process, together with any accepted written quote, control the corresponding order. An example in our portfolio is not a promise that every project will include the same deliverables.

4. Booking, Payment, Cancellation, and Rescheduling

Real estate media orders may be placed through our HDPhotoHub booking portal. Certain consultations may be booked through an online calendar. Booking confirmation, payment terms, deposit requirements, cancellation or rescheduling conditions, and delivery arrangements are governed by the terms actually presented or separately agreed for the order.

Do not assume that an appointment or order is confirmed until you receive confirmation through the applicable booking system or from our team. Contact us promptly if a location, contact detail, property-access instruction, or appointment needs to change.

5. Property Access and Production Conditions

Clients are responsible for obtaining appropriate property access, permissions, and any necessary approvals from property owners, occupants, or other authorized parties. Please disclose safety issues, site restrictions, or access limitations before a scheduled shoot.

Outdoor, aerial, and construction-related work may need to be adjusted, postponed, or limited because of weather, safety, site restrictions, airspace limitations, or applicable regulations. Drone operations are subject to applicable FAA rules and the pilot's safety judgment.

6. Photography, Video, and Intellectual Property

Except where otherwise agreed in writing, Prime View Media and its licensors retain their respective intellectual-property rights in website content, photographs, video, design, and other creative work. Purchasing media services does not automatically transfer copyright ownership.

Client usage permissions, licensing scope, permitted sharing, credit requirements, and restrictions on resale or transfer are determined by the applicable order terms or separate written agreement. If you need a specific use—such as paid advertising, redistribution, or licensing to another party—confirm it before using the material.

Website visitors may view and share links to public pages for legitimate informational purposes, but may not reproduce or sell site assets without authorization or another lawful basis.

7. Portfolio and Third-Party Content

Our portfolio may display examples of completed work and link to galleries, videos, social networks, or other properties hosted by third parties. Projects shown are illustrative of our capabilities, not guarantees of a particular marketing, sales, or financial outcome.

Any use of third-party services, such as HDPhotoHub, payment processors, YouTube, or an available pay-at-close financing program, may also be subject to that provider's terms and privacy policy. Eligibility for third-party financing or payment programs is not guaranteed by Prime View Media.

8. Online Forms, Text Messages, and Chat

When contacting us by form, chatbot, phone, or text, you agree to provide accurate information and to use those channels lawfully. Our business line may use missed-call text-back and automated messaging workflows; these are not a guarantee of immediate personal response or 24-hour support.

If you separately opt in to promotional text messages, the disclosures at the point of consent apply. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. You may request that messages stop by contacting us or using a supported opt-out command such as STOP.

9. Website Information and Disclaimers
